Probably made in Calais (France) between 1361 et 1369 during the 100 years war between England and France.
The latin words around (+ Ih'Cx AVTEmx TRANSIEnSx PERx mEDIVx ILLORVmx IBAT)
mean something like "But Jesus passing among them continue his way, luc, IV, 30.
