Working on an emblem to attach to the back of my Expedition, had to convert my cad drawing to a jpeg so excuse the quality. When laser cut it will crisp and sharp from 18 or 20 gauge polished stainless steel. Looking at attaching to the back hatch door, Should really pop against the Maroon Paint. Making 2 sizes 1 @ 13 1/2" X 5 1/2" and the other @ 27" X 11". The red in the pic will be the finished cutout. What do y'all think?

I've got to have some points of connection when I laser or it will flop around and kill itself. Appreciate the suggestion, Did kind of look like a pistol cartridge. what else could I do, your change made a big difference.

Our Weidaman is set up for punching only. We have a Plasma Burner with a 6 X 12 Bed, We got the laser in June, It has a dual loading tables at 6 x 12 each. We can cut 29 gauge through 3/4" material. We're still in the learning stages. Puts out some amazing parts though. Looking at your weidaman I see it's identical to ours with the exception of the plasma head. Nice to see a brother tin knocker on here. I came up in the field, mostly installing, not a whole lot of shop time but I can get around in there if I have to, Been into sales, estimation, design and field supervision for 8 years now, but sometimes wish I was back in my tools though.
