Hi Folks
Hope everyone has been well. It has been tough to get out lately but I was able to make it out there for about five hours today. The ground was not frozen and the temperatures were in the high thirties or so. I had to hike about two miles into the site and ended up recovering one no date large cent, a couple buckles, a very short spoon, a keg tap, two ox knobs, and some other buttons.
I suppose the best find of the day would be what I believe is a heavily corroded US Artillery button.
