Last week I went out detecting with some friends around some mining camps and ghost towns, and I Had some pretty good finds. My first find was a 1863 Indian Penney (a Fatty), after that I found a couple of shield nickels in the same hole 1868 and 1869. At a different site I found a C.P.R.R of CAL. railroad lock, the next things that I found was a couple of buttons, then I found what I think is some Silver from the bottom of a crucible which weighs 72.4 grams at an old Silver Mining Camp. My best find with the X-Terra 70 for the week was a Pioneer Saloon trade token from Chafey Nevada which I am having trouble finding information about.
Thanks, Bill
