Between work, family get togethers and some kind of tummy bug that has me off work today haven't had much time for posting so this is old news
Went to the 1st spot Dean & I went to a couple of weeks back when he pigged out on bullets.
Its a large construction site and the topsoil is in 30' high piles so you can't really get to the goodies I know are in there. Not even an Explorer will go that deep no matter what those guys say!
Had to content myself with 12 hours of pounding an area 100' X 60' next to where the house had been.
Dug the most corroded collection of coins I've ever come across. There are two big pennies in there, a fat Indian, 1919 US dime, 1901 little nickel and an 1872 quarter. The date side on that is not bad but Victoria looks like she has leprosy. Not sure what the silver ring thing is. Nose ring maybe???

There were a number of dust devils that day but I only thought to take a picture when this one was cycling down. Its 3-400' high. They were strong enough to take plastic lawn chairs and stuff 100' up.

Thanks for looking & GH, Chris
