Last poke at the wooded spot - need ID from the BULLET guys

I decided to take a last shot in the wooded spot I've been working - poking a little harder into the tough spots.
I found a few buttons, an IH and a bullet.
The bullet is a minnie type and has four rings. It measures 1 inch long and 9/16 +/- in. wide (58 cal?)
Any IDs on what particular type it is?

Thanks Bryce. Not sure what the item is. It's stamped/formed brass and looks loke it might be a decorative part of a base for something.
