I was out with the Etrac and 6x8"SEF on another location.Ground filled with trash and hard to dig.First coin was a really nice 80% silver crown, rang in at 11-46/47.Good depth as well.
Just a few yards away next signal came in at 11-41 and there in the hole a small silver ring was shining.

Had some modern coins and another 6 silver coins where found in that area.
I was so in at detecting I didnt noticed the youngsters having a beach party very close to me.They stared at me and I felt a little uncomfortable due to there status, being drunk,so I packed my gear before someone come up and wonder what the heck Im doing, even though
I have permission ,some people in Sweden think detectorists are criminals.

Well I had a great time as always.Etrac is a pleasure to use and I dig a lot less trash compared to my Xterra 705.

NICE FINDS:clapping:

Silver is GREAT!

Could you fill us in about detecting in Sweden?

I remember some one saying there was no detecting in Sweden.

Very nice collection of coins, congrats. Up to what year were the coins made out of silver in Sweden? In the States, they were made up to 1964.

Well sorry for late reply!
Detecting in Sweden is forbidden yes. But you
can get permission from the county administrative
board in some countys.

Its a bit complicated to get it. And it sometimes take months.
I do have permission for a whole year. Finds have been good.

They stoped making silver coins in Sweden 1968.

I looking forward for a 17 day trip to England in September.
Gonna dig a lot of nice finds for sure.
