I found this sweet old foundation at the end of the season . I detected it with coinstike and pull out this hard time token that was caked with red clay. I will go back when the snow goes down bummer!!!!
 
Can you take a picture of it next to a modern quarter?

What does the other side look like?

Is it made of copper?

How deep?

Settings on the C$?
 
Hey Tony N.here the pic of back the token .The token is smaller then quarter and the token was down around eight inches and mixed in smaller square nails and roofing sheeting the setting on the machine was 3 . This place was hit by people before using tesoros . ps Here the first find from this place the token was second look below carefully!!!!
 
They were accepted as money during the "hard times" of that era.....
I've bagged a few, but in very poor shape. That's a beauty!
