Hi Everyone.
This post is a long time coming for me and my Sovereign GT.
As usual it is a pain in the neck to get my PC hooked up in my unfinished (under construction) man-cave over here.
It stinks having to peck key pads like a drunken rooster, trying to get my post posted over my cell phone. My phone has the equivalent technology of two coffee cans and some kite string.
Anyway. here are some pics of the last few beach area hunts.
On my first hunt around the 8th I found some cheesy skull metal pendant (lol with no offense towards Metal). It looks like some one opted for this instead of the plastic spider ring on Ski Ball tickets.
Then I got one of them mellow yellow upper mid tones that sounded much prettier tan a pull tab scream.
Got a woman's s-10k gold ring with a red stone. Tons of clad and junk as well not worth showing.
On the second hunt I got out with BKravitz_SpectraV3, ( a great guy) and we hit the beaches.
Got a silver peace ring, and a silver earring. Well it looks silver and it was clean with no garbage on it.
also got an unknown date buffalo nickle. And a ....wait for it.....
a very small copper coin about the size of a dime. I have poured over pictures of the Spanish Maravedis coins and I see a very similar patter in the design swirls, and the out rim writing. It is not concave but rather slightly warped. Corroded real bad with a tiny hole. I have thought of perhaps it being the outer shell of a button. But it does not have that similar feel. I am not sure what kind of coin (if it is a coin) it is. But I need help and cant pour over google as much as I sooooo much want to.
On my third beach hunt I got a Large men's Titanium ring, and two gold colored "Pandora" charms. I brought them to the cash for gold and they said " They are not gold but worth money to the collectors of Pandora charms". They where both found in a volley ball area. I found the first charm 15 minutes before I found the second. I gridded that court like a Tie-Fighter aiming at the Death Star.
. I got a couple of pictures of the hunts.
Thanks, HH, Take care.
Jason
