7 of us elected to try a site that a friend had permission to hunt. We searched 3 different spots. The one we hunteed the longest was a camp and at the main house the owners told us that A. P. Hill used their house as a headquarters. We found plenty of goodies there and here are mine.

Here is my favorite find of the day. A Richmond Frederickburg & Patomac RR button. It is a coat sized button, with a lot of gold still on it. I am waiting to clean it from a pro button cleaner I know. The RR began in 1834. I found it about 200 yard from the tracks.
Man I love this hobby!
