Last couple of woods hunts.:garrett:

Got about 5 1/2 hours in on the old woods spot the last couple of mornings. Not a lot of targets again, but the A T with the 11" coil still seems to sniff out and older coin here and there for me.

Got the 2 V nickels and the sterling marked clip of sorts Sun morning along with a piece of lead and a few coins of clad and Memorial cents.

This morning got the wheat and Washington quarter along with the other pieces of lead. Oh, and 2 clad quarters and 7 Memorial's.

Although finds are getting fewer from this spot, I know there still are some goodies there if one can get a coil over them. Lot of places for them to hide.

Dang it Jim......I am getting antsy seeing all of your woods hunts. I have over a foot of snow in the woods, so it just doesn't pay to to search then at the present. On the plus side.....nice oldies and it's always nice to see some silver staring me back in the face.

Nice finds, Jim! Two V nickels - pretty cool - I've only found one (1890) so far, and the silver is always a treat! :clapping:
