The snow is gone again, and things are really opening up here in Edmontonville. I got an old door off a stove, some jewelry, some spent ammo and some other odds and ends. Below are my best! I scratched half the date off the 1919 large cent. Luckily, it was a high mintage year and of little value. :(

I'd be really curious to see the other side of the large cent.

Here's 2 I dug and I'd like to see if the Aussy and Canadian are the same on the other side.

Dooooh! Man i hate that when that happens.....i know i have done it to some turn of the century coins in the past that ive dug up
Really bums ya out but it happens....
Ive gotta be more careful too as I've been using that gator trowel a little more and not using my big ole scuba knife in the city parks
I dont want any hassles carrying it out there so ive re trained my digging with the gator. But man its got some pretty knarly teeth on it......you know?
Im saving up for a pin pointer too...been really needing one....it wont be too long!

It was in the low 80's. Depending on the oxides formed on the large cents, I have seen then ring in at about middle to high 70's.
