Last 2 hunts :detecting:

Last weekend was my first time out with the F-70, and was also the first relic hunt of the year. Managed some battlefield bullets, and a 1828 LC :bouncy:

Hooked up with a friend of mine who has permission to hunt a 1740's Mill site, that also saw some CW camps. Dug lots of trash, but did manage a few keepers.

After cleaning the 1/2 reale, I noticed that someone was carving on it. Same pattern of lines on the reverse also!

considering the hole, do ya think maybe they were making a part for a spur?

Looking good, excellent finds! The 18th Century Spanish Reales pop up in CW camps every now and then. I have a few but found by other relic hunters.
