Hi all
The battery pack I have on a Laser Hawkeye has a fitting on the top that looks like a power socket for the battery pack. The machine was bought November last year, a second hand machine that had not been used and was about 6 months old.
Yesterday I looked at a machine new machine at a local dealers. This only had a plastic blanking cap in the same position, and no socket. The saleman in the shop said he had never seen a Hawkeye/Cortes with anything else in this position and was not aware of any charger accessories for this machine.
Anyone shed any light on this? and if it is a charger socket what voltage does it require, what polarity, and is there any charge limit circuitry inside, or would the batteries overcharge if left for too long.
Cheers
Neil
