the demo prpgram that came with my DFX 300 I edited it to look just like Larrys Program and I dont know if its just me as a beginner but it was making my DFX go crazy!... I could move without it setting the metal dectotor off and was giving off all kinds of readings.... Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I need to do to fix this are to fine tune it a lil more... im useing the 9 inch coil if that helps... Thanks!!

As I stated, it is a very "hot" program and does not work for everyone. It is also not recommended for beginners if you are one. It worked well in my ground which is very mineralized, and be sure it is in Correlate mode and try dropping Gain down to 3 and lower the AC until stable. If you are learning the DFX, I would suggest sticking with the factory programs and try raising the gain up to 3.
