Large silver ring

Got another permission, it's a yard that goes back to about the 1920s. Found the normal silver and wheats. Not to many relics. But this ring was hiding about 8" down about five feet from the front door. My Mxt pro hammered it. Thought is was a half dollar. Thanks for looking.
 
That is absolutely awesome........does it represent the war effort in ww2.Brilliant find.
 
Thanks nauti Neil. I did a little research, not a whole lot, and I think it is a ring for the second world war effort. Found some similar rings on the net, but not quite the same. It is the nicest silver ring I've ever found. And it's huge. Lol. Easy find for the mxt. Thanks for looking.

Just to second what Nancy said......if you find out anymore please let us know,thats one of the most interesting rings ive ever seen,you should put it on the general finds forum as i think everybody would love to see it.:thumbup:
