Large coil for AT Gold ?

http://www.garrett.com/hobbysite/hbby_at_gold_searchcoils_international.asp

The largest is the 9" x 12". It goes nice and deep in low mineralized soil and gives more accurate ID in that environment, especially on old bottle caps. But it really comes down to where and what you are hunting for. High mineralized soil, stick with the large "DD" or the 5" x 8" DD coil, which by the way gets a lot of depth also.

There's been some that's tried the bigger after market coils thats produced over seas and said they are chatter boxes, and they are very expensive to!! I use the 8.5x11" relic hunting on my AT-Gold and the 5x8" for everything else!
