Large Cent!

I love finding large cents. This coin was the first target I dug at an old farm residence. Thought I was in for a more, but ended up with only a Merc. and three wheats plus clad. I will try this spot again with a larger coil (I was using the SR Stealth 8"). The LC was only down about five inches, so were the wheats now that I think of it. It was a fun after work hunt, and 1821 is a low mint year - maybe a $25 coin!

Take care and HH - BF

Nice coin!

Your soil seems to treat them nicely.
