silvercycle

New member
I assume this is a 1/8th cut large cent?
The year is 183? is there any way to tell?
This was found at a a civil war camp site.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

I would asume your asumption is correct from what im seeing... large cents are slightly larger than a US quarter and slightly smaller than a half dollar in diameter..

1831 or 1835?? Notice no notable start to a 4th digit has me thinking 1 or 5?
