Back to my IH park Sunday night for a couple hrs. There was a patch of groung skimmed down about 3-4 inches where repairs were being done after a large tree had come down during the hurricane a few weeks ago. Not a big area but I managed a LC and a couple IHs.
this time:
LC 1852
6 IHs: 1882, 1892, 1901, 1903, 1905, 1909
2 wheats: 1919D, 1924
misc artifacts. The flattened item is the front to a two-piece button but I haven't ID'd it yet. The item in the upper left looks like a toy WWI helmet.
Thanks for sharing. Bruce in Ct

Great detail on that LC :beers: A hunt like that would bring a smile to anyone's face.

Brilliant work !
Nice group of classic coinage there.

Thanks for the replies folks.
Banditicey - I soaked the LC in hot peroxide for a few minutes to get the crust off then scrubbed it with a q-tip soaked in peroxide to bring out the features. I then scrubbed it with a q-tip soaked with mineral oil to even the tone and preserve it.
