Large Black Streak on my CTX Screen when Pinpointing

Occasionally my screen on my CTX gets a long wide black streak for certain targets usually when I pinpoint what turns out to be an unwanted target and the only way I can get rid of the dark streak is to turn my CTX off and then on again. Is this something that is normal?

Not normal. There was a thread awhile back about a similar problem. Looks like a phone call to Minelab is in your near future.

I had the black streak but it was from the machine bouncing around in the bed of my truck. It went away on its own. Your problem probably needs minelab help. If its occurring on a regular basis.
