Found these last year thy are 2 piece the back unscrews both 10k gold a little smaller than a dime

They are Safety award pins for 25,00 hours and 50,00 hours. No Lost Time Accidents. Where were they found? May help narrow down the company that issued them

What do you make of the letters in the middle M.L.I.C.O ?
 
OK, this is a shot in the dark , The LM would be Lawrence Mass. Now it's either LMI or IML the Co would be for Company. Maybe you can run up a business directory from the town and get some info.. Good luck and great pins
