Hey Hue Whats up!

I was told by a fellow detectorist that I shouldn't post my finds!!
Cause someone might try to claim them.
What do you guys think???
I could use some input!!!
Personally - If the owner comes forward and trys to claim thier Jewlery - and -

If they have the evidence and pics to back it up - I wouldn't hesitate to give thier lost item back.

They dont have any sentimental value to me.
Love to make someone happy.
But I dont think I'ld except pictures that I posted!

Anyway:

14k Ring w/small diamond
Quarter Pendant 1966
Wenoka - Diving knife
Explore Pocket Knife
Watch

I would post the finds. I don't think anybody that lost it would be reading this forum anyway. I love the pictures of the beaches and stuff found, Really gives me the urge to do some detecting. Thanks.

Mike

I wouldn't worry about someone trying to claim items you have found of the forum. How could the person even know if the item is theirs in the first place unless it has an engraving in it the says something, that would be the only sure way if someone knew what the item said (if you didn't post it), it would be the only way to claim anything. Just don't give the Lake name and you should be fine! Congrats on those recent finds and I sure like that Knife you found. Good Luck and HH.
