Lake hunt today

Had a great day today. Met up with an old friend for coffee before I got in the lake, then bumped into another at the lake. He joined me in the water detecting for a while. Targets were scarce but I put in the time and rounded up a good number of keepers including two silver rings, a silver bracelet, a silver stud ear-ring and a nice heavy 14k gold ring. Plus of course a bit of clad. Also got an old square nail that was real deep in the bottom.

Ended the day having coffee with both friends at Tim's while we compared finds and told detecting stories. A great end to a real fun day. I'll sleep well tonight after over 5 hours of wading and digging.
