I found lots of pulltabs and lots of lead and other crap.

Also found 4 coins, the oldest is 1968 quarter and copper 1977 penny, with 2 other zinc's. But had a good time in the middle of the lake. The GTI Imaging is awesome, Is very deep with the 12.5 coil. HH Alan (Ga)

Grid the guts out of it bearkat, there is gold in that there ground! Live your dreams! HH regards Nugget.:detecting:

If you got a 1968 quarter, there is at least 40 years of treasures lost in that lake. Just be patient and have fun. The gold will show up. HH

I would take my GPS with me and mark all the structure, so when it fills back up(if ever) You would know where the fish are.

Lake? I don't see any lake:) That looks like a great spot. You are so lucky to find a drained lake. If I were you I would grid it off and then grid the other way and then hunt it diagonally too! There has to be some goodies in there somewhere. I could only wish........Good luck to you.
