This week I hit a new park that I have been ignoring for some reason all these years. Oh yeah, the neighborhood kept scaring me away!

OK, it's not as bad as I thought and it's holding some nice prizes!

Here is a video of the finds as well as a picture of the goodies!

Nice finds. If I get nervous at individuals approaching, sometimes I take my lesche digger from its sheath and start cleaning some of the mud off or it with my screwdriver, you know like a Crocodile Dundee type of display. I also reach for it if some canine is making a fast approach, hey you never know. Good hunts, CO
 
You did good, but you might want to get a hunting buddy when in a bad part of town. Doesn't hurt to have someone watching your back.
 
Thanks for the replies everyone! It sure was a happy shock to see that SLQ come out of the ground. Any time I can find a silver quarter in a park gives me hope that there is a lot more waiting to be found.
