she quieted down away from the emi areas and we hunted on a freshwater beach.
she done well and my first ever coin spill.
it is sensitive thats for sure.

Glad to hear it quieted down! Nice coin spill.

My other Tesoro detectors are more immune to EMI than the Compadre is. That said, the Compadre is a lot of fun to hunt with; so simple and light and is no slouch at detecting metal.
Cheers,
tvr

Those coins spill can be a little tricky.

Now, tell me. Aint you glad you got a compadre??? Yes you are. On that chatter... You can turn down the sens. a tiny bit and that should make it a little better. Sometimes if your sens. is to high that can make your detector very bad. It will not perform right. You can turn it down or send it back to Tesoro and tell them what it is doing. They will make the adjustment for you. When it is running much smoother, It will preform
much better. Your finds will grow. The gold is waiting for you and you will find it.. I feel it in my bones... KEN

nice spill - I remember my compadre was just like that - I had the sense to high i re adjusted it to where it was just silent,
