Labor Day weekend highlights

I went to my inlaws and hunted the neighbors house next door that was recently foreclosed. The home was built in the 1940s and had a horse barn in the backyard. The grass was high and ticks were crazy. I wore my fishing pants and long shirt. I picked 6 ticks off me. But after 2 days of hunting here at the highlights. The grass was overgrown and limited on where i can hunt. The Glass bottles and Skelton Key found in the barn. Anybody help date the bottles?

With a "big pair" and when I get to a old house, I keep driving. Haha. Those merc dimes are beautiful coins to find. Only second to a walker half. Still working on one of those!

4 silvers in two hunts would be an outstanding two days in neighborhood. I dont find four in a month of hunting. Congratulations on those outstanding finds. I use a product containing "Permethrin" to keep Chiggers (red bugs), ticks and mosquitoes off me. You spray it on the clothing and allow it to dry before putting the clothing on. It Kills instead of repelling.

Great hunt XP! Finding 4 silver Merc's in two days would put a smile on my face, I spent 7hrs in an old out of town park last week and only came back with one 1934 wheat
