It's been a while since I did any detecting and decided to do a night beach hunt day after Labor Day. I got there at about 10 PM and stayed till 5 AM . Low tide came in at 12:30 Am but with 20 mph winds from the south, pushed all the water in and I couldn't really work the wet sand like I wanted to. I did manage to find some junk jewelry in the wet sand. The diamond ear ring is the only thing that might be real. My total haul was a little over 3 dollars in clad. Not doing any detecting for the last few months really took a toll on my arm and body, took a day to recover, especially at my age. It felt good to get out again. If I wasn't so fatigued, I would of done better by staying more focused.
