I also have a pair of really sad Troy Pro's. But they do work and are literally hanging on by a thread.
One hard muff is cracked and the other soft muffs are beat, If you are handy, some re-soldering and some tape and they should be good to go. For you, $25 shipped

Hi Donna .does the controls work? in the picture where the wires go into the unit, or the wires broken, I asked because you said if I could use a soldering iron ,which I can ,I could fix. is the audio sound the same as when they were in good shape,I understand that it may be that one side might not work if wires or broken .anyway I am handy building an fixing things. anyway you said they worked,so I will take them.I will send a postal M.O. send back your mailing address . thinks

Wires are connected, just the strand relief is gone, so the wires are exposed. Best to shorten and put back in cup. The right control is a little scratchy on low volume but good on high volume. It feels like there is dirt under the knob. a good lube and cleaning should fix !!!!

Wires are connected, just the strand relief is gone, so the wires are exposed. Best to shorten and put back in cup. The right control is a little scratchy on low volume but good on high volume. It feels like there is dirt under the knob. a good lube and cleaning should fix !!!!
