Dug this one today. Don't think it's Civil War. Ky. Civil War buttons are very rare and I've only dug 2 Ky. buttons so far. Odds get better each time right?
 
Not sure about the scoville lineage of back marks, I dug a louisiana pelican button a few weeks back with the same back mark and was told its post war. Either way it is a very nice button! :thumbup:
