I emailed Garrett when one of the ears on the 8.5 x 11 search coil broke. I was asking if there was a fix to save the coil. Their reply was, " send us your address and we will send you a new coil"!

Now, this coil had seen some serious use for just under two years, but they asked no questions. I got the new coil last Wednesday. Way to go Garrett, way to go.

They're the best! Did the same for me when I cracked a coil and when I fell on the control box and cracked it off the shaft. Made a customer for life!
