Monte's answer here is 'No,' you can't. The Racer series use a different style connector than the Kruzer series. As mentioned on the Kruzer series flyer Dilek posted on the 23rd, there are supposed to be 5 optional search coils available.

NEW PRODUCT REMINDER: [size=small]In preparing product flyers or writing a User Manual, it takes time and along the way there can be an error or oversight when mentioning features. It might be an 'Ooops!' in doing a cut-and-paste from another model, or they might make some in-house final design changes where the engineering of the production device is just a little different from the Test Samples that were sent out for PRE-production evaluation. That's done to make sure they get things as right as possible and have revisions made before releasing it to the consumer market.

I am one of the selected 'testers' of the planned Multi-KRUZER and there are going to be some changes made and in the final announcement that are unknown to those of us doing the evaluation. I am not savvy to which search coils Makro will introduce specifically for the Kruzer line, and it might not be '5' for each model. Remember, the Gold Kruzer comes with a white, solid-body elliptical coil that appears to be using the 5½X10 size. The Kruzer and Multi-Kruzer come standard with the 7X11 DD coil. A glance at the specification for the Gold Kruzer shows it also has a 4X7½ elliptical coil. So we really aren't sure which coils will be available for the Kruzer and Multi-Kruzer, although I know of some field evaluation that has been done with a 5" DD, 5X9½ DD open-frame and round 7" Concentric coil. I hope we all hear soon about the final product release date and available search coils designed for these two Kruzer models. I do hope it includes those mentioned and perhaps a 14X15 DD coil as well.[/size]

Would be nice to have a coil adapter that screwed on to the Kruzer and allowed you to use Impact or Racer coils.
