Koss Headphone " Excal 1000

Hello All,

Does anyone had an issue with the volume of the Koss headphone sound quality? I have the volume 3/4 on but It seems that I an only getting like 1/4. Just the sound coming from the headphones decreased. Headphone never fell down. Is that usual, I had the Excal for 3 years and never any issues.
