I just ordered this camcorder with an 8 GB sdhs memory card. I must be out of my mind.
I want to video my hunts. :geek: Plus upload them to utube.

Yep Dan...they are a great way of remembering your hunt. I would advise you, even if you don't show the signal on youtube, to film a lot of signals and the digs. I've learned a lot just watching and listening to mine.

I got a nice camera as well but have a hard time taking the time to use it.I always hear the next target calling as I am digging the current one.If I had a camera man I could get along quite well.:detecting:

I like the hands-free type. I tried some video sunglasses...piece of crap...shutter speed and bit rate too slow. I went for this instead...has lots of mounts. I have the "beat up old detector hat cam", the "upper arm cam", the "helmet cam" (for my motorcycle) and I'm constructing one that focuses only on the display (mounted to the machine). It is only 4.3 ounces and 1080p. It also has two 60 frames per second modes (848x480, 1280x720) which is extremely crisp and clean with little to no movement blur. With the sunglasses, performance withstanding, I could get two videos at the same time...hands free.

Will do.
I think I ordered the wrong type of SD memory card for this camera. :( It's not fast enough.

Am looking into faster SD cards.

I ordered a different sdhc memory card. class 6. Should be fast enough. Only $39.50 from B&H Photo.
Will try to send the other back? The Zi8 is on it's way.
