The control knobs on my Excalibur are stripped and do not turn the shafts. Is there a US dealer where I can buy replacement knobs or a place online I can order them. Or does Minelab have to do the replacement?

Sorry if this question has been posted before-I did a brief search here and did not see it addressed. But I am an old man.

Good Morning GDaddy;
The easiest solution would be to pick up knobs from Radio Shack. That's what most do when the knobs fall off. Why replace a defective knob with another defective knob, Right? I'll see if I can dig up the part # for you.

If you want to keep your Excal stock, then stick with the Minelab originals but you may have to see if they will send you a bag full. They did that for a mate of mine but he eventually used them all up and bought the Radioshack knobs.
