Knob Removal/Replacement

I'd like to remove and replace one of the knobs on my Bandido II uMAX. I thought it could be removed by just pulling upward, but that's apparently not the case. Is there a special process for removing and replacing knobs on these machines? Your guidance would be appreciated.

I believe the knobs are locked down by a small allen screw and I think the size wrench required to loosen it is a 1.5 mm.
The screw is located on the side of the knob.

One more thing.. if you are planning on replacing the threshold knob, the shaft for to pot is smaller in diameter than the other pots.

Also make sure that you don't push the knob all the down where it will drag. Use a spacer, like a business card with a notch cut in it so it will fit on both sides of the shaft. Once you get the knob set and locked down, pull the card out.
