King George and his "Minnie Me"

Weather was warm here in Ct this weekend and I HAD to get out. It snowed the previous Sat/Sun and again on Tues. The temp was so warm the snow disappeared overnight Sat re the fog etc.
I decided to try the old farm again since I had found a couple CT coppers and a LC the last times there. The place didn't dissapoint ! I found a toasty KG II Farthing early on and then turned up a KG II HP - 1731. Later I found a large cloak button.
The photo with the plug shows the 1731 stuck to the bottom. The last photo is the toasted farthing ("Minnie Me") lol
Thanks for sharing. Bruce

Thanks guys.
Mike, the oldest coin I've found was a 1662 Oak Tree two pence (silver). Next were William III coppers (1699 & 1701).
