what do you think of them. I am looking at the Wasp. Are they comfortable ,etc. Thanks

mine have the stereo/mono switch but they don't call it that. I loike barely audible threshold and easily adjustable to that level without being over sensitive. Their tonal range is different than the Garrett O.E.M. models so I had to adjust the thresshold frequency to get to what I had been hearing. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time but in the summer they will have sweat buildup. The cord is pretty flexible and fairly tough for rough brushy country but no earphones are going to be perfect. With the Garrett limited tonal ID, either there or not there, expensive headphones are a choice you need to ask if you want to spend. They seal out most noise in high noise areas and adults or kids may not think you can hear them and thus leave you alone. Keep that outside noise reduction in mind if you hunt marginal or rough neighborhoods. Hope this helps.

Thanks Paul. I know some can fit tigher than you want. I do wear glasses so i`m not sure how much difference that would make on these. The Wasp model looks like a great pair. How long is the cord. My Garrett cord is a little shorter than i would like. Thanks
