Killer B Hornet Headphones, Does anyone find them Heavy?

Hello,

I plan on getting a good pair of headphones for my Minelab Xterra-70.

I have my eye on the Killer B Hornet Headphones as I like their durability and features. However, they weight about 1.5 lbs. I was wondering if anyone who has them finds them heavy, or uncomfortable? Unfortunately, in my neck of the woods, there is no stores or places I can go and try on headphones. So the best I can do is ask.

Thanks,
Majesus

What is the weight of the DetectorPro Gray Ghost NDT in comparison? (No weight listed on their website.)

This is the pair I want to get as I want a removable cord(get two of them), but Killer B's are also at the very top and a second choice.

Thanks team for the feedback!

The Wasp Headphones are 1lbs 5 ounces, the Hornets are 3 ounces more.

Mr. Perfect (I love the avatar BTW, hilarious), I am debating on the Gray Ghost NDT vs Killer B's Hornets. I am curious about their weight as well. I am leaning on the Hornets because they don't have switches, but push buttons. Also I like the style, they look like they are built very solid. The cable on them is extremely strong.

I have a pair of gray ghost NDS's oh my 705 and love them.... They fit well completely over your ears and block out noise. The switch is a great feature as you can turn off the sound while lying the machine on the ground while digging. You don't have to listen to the the nulling sound.... The removable cord is a plus and can be replaces easily.....

I find their products to be comfortbale. My personal experience is the ear cuff DOES NOT create a seal around my ear. I prefer that - otherwise it's too hot, plus I DO like to hear things going on around me - so the fit is perfect for my purposes.

I have the Hornet. Yea, they are heavy. Had to tie a string to them that goes around the back of my head to keep them from sliding forward when I am digging.
