I don't know the law stuff, but I can offer prayer!
 
I was a police officer for 15 years. Don't know if Ms. law is recipricle for your state. Basics are close to the same though. Got a question?
 
I used to be a policeman for a few years before retiring from the military. Someone else might be better qualified to answer your question - we do have a few officers and prior officers among us.
