Long story short: Went detecting this morning for a quick hunt (had to carry daughter to orthodontist at 10:30am). I had been to this same unhunted vacant lot before about mid December and found 2 silver roosevelts, and probably a dozen or so wheats. I figured it was hunted out, wrong. I merely moved to what I thought would be an unproductive area within the lot on a whim. I found 6 wheats, 20 non wheats with 3 clad dimes this morning before running out of time, I checked them at home: 1956D, 1953, 1951D, 1944, 1940, and a 1914D. My 2007 blue book lists the 1914D as $90.00 in its condition. I haven't really "cleaned" it, only enough to read it. check it out, no bull.
