Happy Hunting,

:jump:I need a tool like that for my arky barky tot lots here in PA! :clapping:

OK, I hate to ask :stars: , what is it ?

It reminds me of those tools they use to turn on in ground sprinkler valves.

Cal

It's a hotdog sticker for roasting hotdogs or marshmellows over a camp fire! I got mine in the mail today! Tabdog made a special one for me!

Hi Cal,

It's one of the few ideas that I've had that actually works.:)

I do a lot of tot lots. Sand is easy. Just kick it with your foot. Gravel is easy, same reason.

Wood chips have a crust, they compact and resist a conventional digging tool. They mold and sometimes have roots growing in them.

The Arky Barky can be used while standing. You start the end into the wood chips and twist. it goes down and as you are twisting pull up and up pops a mound of loose wood chips you can easily kick to the side with your foot. Many times a shallow target just pops right out because it's smoother than the wood chips.

I can work a wood chip tot lot and never kneel or squat. Just bend over. Don't need any other tool other than my MD and headphones.

Us Arkies get in to this high tech stuff. That's why we invented the Internet:blink:

HH,

:pulltab:Tabdog, There is a piece of mail headed your way! Thanks again for the Arky Barky, I plan on hitting that wood chip tot lot on Friday if the weather permits!:detecting:

Well I'll be, that is a great idea :clapping:

I googled Arky Barky and came up with some pretty interesting things, but not the tot lot wood chip delight :wiggle:

Cal

You should patent it. I don't have one, but if it works, you should produce and sell them. I'd buy one.
