General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I been dealing with Kellyco for a few years now, but this last experience has been horrible 3 days to answer a email then cant get a email conversation going to resolve the issue, before if I had problem a nice lady would come and we would email back and forth till all was as it should be.

now well not happening and I am very frustrated and disappointed :rage:

guess all good things come to an end !! will be getting my gear elsewhere from now on.

seems they are going to make it right and I am happy about that as they have always been stand up with me, so I am happy to eat some humble pie :biggrin:

For a lot of businesses, the Email is going the way of the written letter and stamp in favor of social media. The telephone is still the best way to communicate IMHO.
 
I just purchased a relic and the stock coil was bad. I call Steve Wary he was my salesman he gave me a RNA number and a FedEx return tag. I mailed the coil back and got a new coil back three days after they got my coil back. It didn't cost me a penny. They fixed the problem. I made the call no emails.
 
yes I will call I will call them out as they owe me money and its been a week with no refund, not sure if their pride or the 50 $ is worth the bad press, but when I am owed money for someone else mistake and I have to suffer its time for name and shame.

so there you go Kellyco.

just give me my money back i have emailed you how many times its very rude to steal from people not to mention a criminal crime.

And again have you tried calling Kellyco and talking to them.?
 
you work for them right?? sure sounds like it and if you could put as much effort in at work and stop looking at this we wouldn't be seeing this thread.

I don't have to ring anyone its 2016 its called e commerce get with the program guys.

My hunting partner runs the repair center, I am retired and I visit him several times a week, every business I know still has telephones..........

thanks for the offer TH but all the mistake's have been made and are unfixable I am out of pocket and that there is my lesson for me on how not to run a business nothing is wasted some lessons just cost a bit more than others. :buds:

so I am not going to bag kellyco out again what I am going to do is learn :clapping:

so thank you for your kind offer but not even God can fix this so I am sorry if I upset anyone other than myself.

yep I know you were just wanting to help and I appreciate that, but there comes a time when its just time to walk away you know after bashing my head against the wall for days then going back for another round its not their fault its mine :rage: I at the end of the day am not upset with kellyco they are who they are I am upset with myself, :lmfao:

anyway enough I think this has run its cause for me.
