Dear Kellyco,

Thank you for your post.
I thought that you might be interested to hear some constructive criticism form an international buyer ( or at least - I tried to be).

Your website home page left hand side button " international orders " directs one to page where you list all the country's you deal with.
In the pastfew months, I have twice sent requests for postage costs specifying exactly what goods I wanted to your quoted email (international@kellycodetectors.com)
...Problem is that both times...no response at all.
The last time I resent the email with an additional note that the first email was not answered.

Man, in frustration I just went elsewhere in the USA ( where I met first class and efficient service )
I hope you see this as an opportunity to improve and constructive, my statement is honest .
