Kellyco is proud to offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most hobby metal detectors. We hope you are fully satisfied with any product you purchase from Kellyco, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your hobby metal detector purchase, and the item is eligible for return, you may qualify for a full refund with our new 30-day hassle-free return policy.
30-Day Hassle-Free Return Requirements:
Most hobby metal detectors are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. All professional line metal detectors such as commercial, industrial and security machines are not eligible for return. These non-returnable detectors include (but are not limited to) the following brands; JW Fishers, Lorenz, OKM, Fisher Research Labs, Blisstool, Nokta and Aquascan Aquapulse.
Metal detector must be returned in its original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items. All items must be in working order, unused, unassembled, and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty form and instruction manual. No damage to the machine or any of the accessories including no dents, scratches, rips and tears etc.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. A Return Authorization Number is required prior to shipping any product back to Kellyco for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card, gift certificate or other form of payment that was used at the time of the original transaction.
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping, handling and insurance fees.

If it is determined by Kellyco that the returned metal detector has been damaged, contains missing parts and/or accessories then the customer may be subject to a repacking service fee of up to 30% of the machine’s retail value.
Defective Returns: If you believe you have a defective item, please contact Customer Service within seven days of receipt for a replacement. After seven days, you must return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. After seven days please contact the manufacturer for return procedures.
Returned metal detectors are considered used, and we sell them for a reduced price on the pre-owned, demo, and used section of the Kellyco website. When returning a metal detector, search coil or any accessory it must be in like new, resalable condition with all instructions and manuals unmarked and unaltered. Search coils on metal detectors or coils purchased separately must be returned with their original covers. Any free accessories and/or promotional items must be returned in like new, resalable condition.
*Excludes these non-refundable products: All in professional metal detector category, security, and commercial/industrial machines, special order detectors, J.W. Fisher professional products, Aqua Pulse, all Minelab GPX models, all Tesoro, OKM, Nokta, pre-owned, refurbished, demos, used, closeout models, and other Treasure Hunting devices, including X-Parts detectors.
