Grocery store, I was standing in line at the check out stand watching this guy in front of me with this shopping cart full of grocery's, he had that thing packed and couldn't get anything else in it. After the clerk checked everything it was time for this guy to pay. At this point he pulls out a credit card, after that card wouldn't work he tried another, when that card wouldn't work he tried another one same result, wouldn't work.

He then tells the clerk my wife is in the car I'll just get one of her cards, this right away struck me as strange, why would his wife be in the car and not with him in the store doing the shopping with him seeing how he had a lot of grocery's or a better question would be how many of you married folks do the Grocery shopping while your wife waits in the car

As I head out the door and to my car I see this guy driving out of the parking lot in the back seat of a older SUV, there were 3 other people in the SUV with him with a lady driving. My first thought was this may be a sign of the times where people max out their credit cards because of a number of reasons, lost of job being the main reason or this guy tried to use stolen cards, it just struck me strange why a wife would sit in the car and send her husband in to do that much shopping

.... don't know about your piece of Alabama paradise, but we are seeing a lot more hold ups and home invasions. Time to stock up on ammo.

Those scenes of the people doing crimes are gonna get more frequent.....Soon to a neighborhood near YOU!

From the convienience stores and grocerys, stealing in masse, that is when they will quit stocking the shelves, what do you expect from our government? if you don't know by now, you better prepare for the worst.......

I was at a check out in Wal-mart and some dude tries to walk out of the store with a shopping buggy filled to the top with electronics. It was Christmas time so I just casually kept an eye out on what was going on. (bad habit of mine, I am always aware of my surroundings.) The lady stops him at the door 3 different times asking for his receipt. Each time he explained that his buddy, who walked out ahead of him, had the receipt and that he'd be right back with it. He finally left the cart and said he'd be right back.
Of course I knew better and followed him outside to see what he'd do next. He took off his top shirt and folded his cap up and put it in his back pocket. Then he walked a HUGE circle around the parking lot ( I had to drive my car around it to follow him and keep up the observation.) finally getting into a big, older Lincoln Towncar. I took the license plate number and went back inside and told the lady, "Here's that guy's license tag number if you want to pursue this." She thanked me and I left. Next week, in the local paper there was a front page headline about a big shoplifting ring getting busted and sure enough, this guy was one of the lead dogs. They found over 100,000 dollars of stuff that they had been stealing for months in the back bedrooms of his house. He later bonded out of jail and put a shotgun in his mouth, game, set, and match. I was rather pleased with myself.
