Just took a walk on Wikiki beach

It is the middle of the night but my internal clock is still on Michigan. It was a long flight and the first thing we had to do after checking in is take Mary to a clinic. Both feet were badly blistered and of course she would not listen to me when I told her on the airplane to open them up to relieve the pressure and not make them worse. Wimmins know all and now they had to cut the dang thing away. The one on the right foot is at least five inches long on the side of the foot. She needed morphene for the pain of removal. Great. I doubt there will be a trip to Pearl today but we will see.

At four PM we fly to Kona for 5 days, her feet should be fine in a couple days but she is bumed.

I just got up at 8am. Of course that is 3am local time and walked to the beach. Lots of street people around here. There is a police station right on the beach and there were bums sleeping on the park benches within 25 ft of where the cops were parked. I was accosted by a couple hookers as soon as I walked out of the hotel :D I still got it don't I :D:D:D:D:D:

All they have at this hotel are these PC's in the lobbies so no pic's yet. I took some down on the beach but it is full night so I doubt they will be interesting. I will see.

the nice weather will heal it fast and make her feel better and you guys will not loose a lot of tourist time. Stuff happens.
If nothing else good way to work on a killer sun tan at the beach. Hard to loose over there I would think. Its only 16 here right
now and breezy. Snow on the way for Wed all day. Maui looks good to me if hanging by my feet... LOL.

Hope she feels better quickly and you guys have a great time.

We are on Kona now and have a great room with a great view. Mary is getting better but I feel for her :(

I wonder if the cost would be covered by your health insurance? A foot bath of warm water and some epsom salts should help with the swelling and ease the pain.

she is much better today but still having a time walking. I pushed her around one park with a wheel chair and that was fine. We are on the big island now and about to go out for a ride, great having a car :D

We have a really nice room with an Ocean view. We watched whales last night from the balcony and there was a bunch of hula dancers down below us putting on a show. Fun to watch for free :D

I have taken a bunch of video but this laptop doesn't have the power to edit them. I will post some pictures later. Great time but will be better when she can walk. She is leery of going in the water with the open sores, afraid of infection.
