Just testing out my new Canon

I just purchased a Canon EOS350D XT Rebel. Trying to figure it out a bit.

Cat was there, so it became the subject. Boy real tough to have to wake up looking like you drank the bar dry. Perhaps a bit too much cat nip.

This is a better view of the cat. At least he doesn't look drunk.

I'm happy that the shots I took came out. This is in jpeg. I wasn't happy with the first batch of photos I took with the camera, but the problem was more user than equipment. :)

... both look good. It always takes a while to learn new equipment. ;^)

I'm looking forward to the day I can replace my point & shoot digital camera with a DSLR. Hopefully one of these days.

Keep snapping those photos!

Mr. Bill, Photos look good...Don't worry about the quality, it will come as you learn the camera...I have a D70 and it amazes me how much I don't know about the camera's ability...This website has helped me a lot. http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1010
There are about 4 different Canon forums on there with a bunch of camera and lens reviews... best to you and now you can post some of those great finds...RichardnTn Backwoods Detector Sales
