Went to a heavily hunted cellar hole and got a little bit. Went with a couple of friends, Dan and John and we had some fun. Going out to a virgin site (year right ) tomorrow. Will post those finds as soon as the tractor trailer bring the loot in:detecting: See ya.

Democratic candidate for president in 1868, bested by U.S. Grant. He was governor of NY 1853-54 and 1863-64. Probably had a ferrotype insert of his photo in the middle. Might be worth some money. Another style token/medal with 2 photos in dug condition was priced at $300 by Mark Parker of W&ET Magazine.
